12:00 PM Update: The National Weather Service has updated regional emergency operation centers on the current state of Hurricane Earl. As of Noon Sept 2, Hurricane Earl is not expected to be a major event for the Western Shores of Maryland. Predictions are winds will be Gusts at 30 mph, rain will be little to no rain, and tidal area flood will be about 1 foot over mean high tide. Please stay tuned for further updates.
