With the assistance of firefighters and their aerial ladder from Bowleys Quarters Volunteer Fire Company, Oliver Beach resident, Henry Fickus can once again fly the stars and stripes high above his property at the corner of Rivervan Ave and Greenbank Road. The previous flag came down after the pulley that had been in use for over 30 years came crashing to the ground during a recent storm.
